• Hands-on experience in:
o Global implementation programs
o Support and enhancement projects
o Multi-country rollout initiatives
• Strong understanding of:
o Financial processes and accounting principles
o HR lifecycle and workforce processes
o Enterprise integration architecture
• Ability to:
o Engage stakeholders independently
Lead architecture discussions
o Conduct customer demos and workshops
o Translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions
