There is no fixed limit. You can apply to as many jobs as you like. However, we recommend applying selectively to roles that genuinely match your skills and experience for better response rates.
Can I filter jobs by salary range?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs includes salary filters so you can search for roles within your expected CTC range. Many job listings display the offered salary or a salary band directly on the listing.
What does Easy Apply mean?
Easy Apply allows you to apply to a job directly on IT Prime Jobs using your stored profile and resume, without being redirected to the employer’s website. The employer receives your application instantly.
Can I apply to the same company multiple times for different roles?
Yes. If a company has multiple openings and you are qualified for more than one, you can apply to each position separately. Employers can see all your applications.
How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive an email and in-app notification confirming your application submission. The status of each application — Submitted, Viewed, Shortlisted, or Rejected — is visible in your My Applications dashboard.
Can I withdraw an application after submitting?
Yes. Go to ‘My Applications’, find the relevant application, and click ‘Withdraw’. Once withdrawn, the employer will no longer see your application for that role.
How are job search results ranked?
Results are ranked by a combination of relevance to your search terms, recency of the job posting, your profile match score, and employer sponsorship status. You can also sort results manually by date or relevance.
Can I search for jobs by company name?
Yes. Enter any company name in the search bar or browse the Companies section to view all active job listings from a specific employer, along with their company profile and reviews.
Are there internship listings on IT Prime Jobs?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs hosts internships, trainee roles, and entry-level positions alongside full-time and contract roles. Use the Job Type filter and select Internship to browse available openings.

What file formats are supported for resume upload?
IT Prime Jobs accepts resumes in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. PDF is recommended for consistent formatting. Maximum file size is 5 MB.
Can I have more than one resume on my profile?
Yes. You can upload up to five different resume versions — for example, a general resume and specialised versions for specific roles like Data Engineer or DevOps Lead — and choose which one to attach when applying.
What is a profile strength score?
Profile strength is an indicator of how complete and competitive your profile is. A higher score means better visibility in recruiter searches. Add all sections — headline, summary, skills, certifications, portfolio links — to reach 100%.
Can I add a video introduction to my profile?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs supports a short video introduction of up to 90 seconds. Profiles with video introductions report significantly higher recruiter contact rates.
How do I add my GitHub, portfolio, or project links?

Yes. The Certifications section lets you list any professional certification, including the issuing body, certificate ID, and expiry date. Verified certifications carry a badge on your profile.
How do I make my profile visible or hidden to employers?
Go to Privacy Settings and toggle your profile visibility. You can also choose Confidential mode, where your name and current employer are hidden from searches until a recruiter expresses interest.
What is confidential job search mode?
Confidential mode lets you search and apply for jobs without your current employer seeing your activity. Your profile appears in searches with your skills and experience visible but your name and current company masked.
How do I add skills to my profile?
In your profile, go to the Skills section and start typing. IT Prime Jobs has a curated technology skills database with over 5,000 skills. You can also add proficiency levels and years of experience for each skill.
Can I get my skills verified?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs offers skill assessments — short online tests for popular technologies. Passing a skill test adds a verified badge to that skill on your profile, increasing recruiter trust.
How do I write a strong profile headline?
Your headline should be specific: instead of IT Professional, try Senior Java Backend Developer | Microservices | AWS | 8 Years. Specific headlines get significantly more recruiter views. Keep it under 120 characters.
Can I import my LinkedIn profile to IT Prime Jobs?
Yes. Use the Import from LinkedIn option during registration or profile setup. This pre-fills your work history, education, and skills, saving considerable time.
How long is my resume stored on IT Prime Jobs?
Your resume is stored securely for the duration of your account. You can delete or replace it at any time. We do not share your resume with third parties without your consent.

Where can I see all the jobs I have applied for?
Log in and go to My Applications in your dashboard. You will see every application with its current status, the date applied, employer name, and any recruiter actions.
What do the different application statuses mean?
Submitted means your application was received. Viewed means the employer opened your profile. Shortlisted means you have been selected for further consideration. Interview Scheduled means a recruiter has reached out. Offer Extended and Rejected are self-explanatory.
Why haven't I heard back from an employer?
Employers receive many applications and response times vary. If your application shows Viewed but you haven’t been contacted within 2-3 weeks, it is acceptable to send a follow-up message through the platform’s messaging feature.
Can I track when an employer viewed my application?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs notifies you when an employer views your profile or application. This is visible in your application tracker and you will receive a push notification if alerts are enabled.
Can I message a recruiter or employer directly?
Log in and go to My Applications in your dashboard. You will see every application with its current status, the date applied, employer name, and any recruiter actions.
Can I reapply to a job I previously applied for?
Reapplication is possible after 90 days if the same role is reposted. Within 90 days, reapplication to the same posting is blocked to prevent duplicate submissions.

When posting a job, add up to 10 screening questions. Applications that do not meet your minimum thresholds can be automatically filtered, saving your team significant screening time.
Can I post jobs for multiple office locations at once?
Yes. A single job posting can list multiple locations or you can set it as a remote role open to candidates nationwide. Location-specific listings are also supported for targeted hiring.
How long do job listings stay active?
Standard listings remain active for 30 days. You can extend, repost, or close them at any time. Featured listings have the same duration but can be extended at a discounted rate.

How do I stop receiving too many email notifications?

Will I be notified if a company views my profile?
Yes. IT Prime Jobs sends a notification whenever an employer views your profile. You can see which company and approximate time of the visit in your activity log.

Yes. On any employer’s profile or a recruiter’s message thread, you will find a Block option. Blocked employers cannot view your profile or contact you.

All new employer accounts undergo identity verification. Our automated systems and human review team flag suspicious postings based on patterns known to indicate fraud. Verified employer badges help candidates identify trusted companies.
Can I change my email address or phone number?
Yes. Go to Account Settings and update your contact information. A verification code will be sent to your new email or phone number to confirm the change.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Both job seeker and employer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
